Anime Central ho!

knitchick1979So, in about 34 hours I will be heading toward the Hyatt for Anime Central 2009!
Starting around noon or so on Thursday, until late Sunday evening, I will not have internet access. Or at least, not properly.
I do plan to Twitter from my cell phone, if I can remember to do so ;) and I'm gonna try and figure out this TextLJ thing, but for the most part don't expect to see much of me around these parts til Monday or so.
Anyone who's going and wants to find me at all, feel free to PM me for my phone number (or email me at KnitChick1979CJH@gmail.com ) before Thurs morning.
Otherwise my cosplay schedule is as follows:
4th Doctor on Thursday
Torchwood (dark shirt with TARDIS key) version Jack on Friday
WWII (Empty Child/Doctor Dances) version Jack on Saturday
Captain Jacqueline Harkness on Sunday
My department's schedule hasn't been finalized so I won't really know my full con schedule until Thurs or so but for right now what I'm planning to attend is:
Friday:
"Ghost Hunt" anime showing in the video rooms 9-11 am
Doctor Who/Torchwood photoshoot, 7 pm in the Dome (2nd floor Hyatt where the pool used to be)
Saturday:
Cosplay chess, 10am-12pm, Doubletree hotel (see the program book for a map)
Doctor Who/Torchwood photoshoot, 12 pm in the garden (right next to the Expoteria that sticks out of the convention center)
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles photoshoot, 2 pm, East Outside Area (just to snap a few pics before my panel begins)
Fanfiction Panel (I'm a panelist again), 2:30-4 pm in DaVinci (basement level, the area where TableTop Gaming was last year)
Crossplay Coalition gathering, 12:30 am, main entrance of the Hyatt
Otherwise I'm playing it by ear. I do want to visit the dealer's room (not that I have much money to spend) and maybe play a round of Battletech at some point.
I'm working on Special Needs & Compliance staff, we have two booths, one as part of the registration maze and the other in the Hyatt in the Grand Boardroom (right near the main ballroom and customer service).
I'm hoping maybe I can get some writing/editing done on TARDIS Big Bang, since I won't have the internets to distract me. It's like $8 for wifi access at the Hyatt, no thanks. Too bad the Hyatt uses T-Mobile and not AT&T. AT&T is what they have at Starbucks and since that's my DSL provider I just log in with my home password and unlimited wifi at Starbucks yay! :D
Anyway I'm going to crash now for a bit. Still lots to do and not enough time to get it done.
